Fantastic job on our loungeroom and hallway. We've got two dogs so the carpet takes a beating, and I honestly wasn't sure how much could be done. They tackled the pet odour and a couple of stubborn marks without any fuss. Turned up when they said they would and were really tidy about the whole thing, moving furniture and putting it back properly. The carpet feels soft again and smells clean. Great local service and I'll be booking them in again down the track.
